What is: Reiki

Reika uses a hands on healing technique which channels the energy via their upper energy centres. It often gives the client a 'lift' whilst at the same time allowing them to truely relax. Reika is claimed to be a powerful healing system which can deal with physical, mental, emotional and spiritual problems. It is based on the inner flow of vital Ki energy, also known in different cultures as Pranah, Chi, Spirit, Te and Light.
